Great question! We are in fact NOT a full-service, do everything under the sun turnkey marketing agency. Our core service offering is we design, build, optimize, and support custom marketing websites for WordPress and e-commerce websites for Shopify. Our SUPER POWER is user experience design and optimization for the web!

What’s a typical project timeline?

For traditional strategy to launch website redesign projects, the average timeframe is 3-6 months. For lean and agile UX projects, we can cut this down to 6-8 weeks.

Will I have a direct point-of-contact?

Accepted Answer

For traditional projects, you’ll receive a team including direct points of contact for project management, creative direction and content strategy. For agile UX (what we call continuous improvement) engagements, you’ll have a digital strategist and UX lead as your primary points of contact. Finally, for ongoing support, you’ll have an account manager and a support lead available whenever you need it.

Do you have a physical location?

We do, it’s called planet earth! Ok, for real though, we are 100% remote but do have a co-working space downtown Austin. Before the pandemic craziness we met clients for strategy workshops, project kickoffs and more. We love the human connection of being in-person and when possible would love to find times to meet face-to-face when it makes sense.

What are your business hours?

While we are fully remote, with teammates all over the world, our business hours are from 9-5pm CST.
